At Camp Young Judaea Sprout Lake, we’re looking for passionate, dedicated, and energetic staff members who are excited to share their talents, create lasting memories, and help our campers grow.
Whether you love the arts, thrive on the sports field, or want to inspire the next generation of leaders, there’s a place for you on our team!
We are hiring for a wide range of positions, including but not limited to:
- Counselors – Be a mentor, role model, and leader, building strong bonds with campers while creating unforgettable summer experiences.

- Athletics Staff – From soccer to basketball, share your love of sports and teamwork.
- Nurses’ Aides – Support our health center and ensure campers stay safe and cared for. Ideal position for nursing or premed students.
- Arts & Crafts Instructors – Inspire creativity through painting, drawing, and hands-on projects.
- Ceramics Instructors – Guide campers in creating beautiful pottery and exploring their artistic talents.
- Outdoor Specialists – Lead outdoor exploration and help campers connect with nature. Take campers on hikes, campouts, and adventures in the great outdoors.
- Robotics & STEM Instructors – Spark curiosity with hands-on experiments and discovery.
- Ropes Course Staff – Build confidence and teamwork on our exciting ropes course and climbing elements.
- Song Leaders – Bring ruach (spirit) to camp through music, song sessions, and Shabbat celebrations.
- Cooking Instructors – Teach delicious recipes and life skills in our camp kitchen.
- Jewish Educators– work in the place where education comes to life outdoors with fun and joy! Looking for general Jewish experiential educators and Hebrew instructors.
