Sprout Brooklyn Day Camp staff are the heart of camp. Our staff spend the summer building friendships, laughing, learning, and making a positive impact on children’s lives. Enjoy a summer outside in the sunshine, working alongside your best friends, building leadership skills, and having fun!
For Summer 2026, we are looking for staff members in all areas, including but not limited to:
- General Counselors (16+ years old)
- Counselors-In-Training (limited spots available in this program for 15 year olds)
- Hebrew Speaking Counselors
- Activity Specialists (Music, Drama, Art, Hebrew, Science, Makerspace, Sports, Cooking, Nature, Martial Arts, Dance)
- Unit Heads
- Operations Director
- Program Director
Summer 2026 Camp Dates:
- Summer Dates & Hours: June 22nd – August 14th, Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:15pm
- You MUST be available for two consecutive sessions (four weeks) in order to be considered for employment. The most spots are available in sessions 2 and 3.
- Pre-Summer Staff Training (required): June 14-18, 2026
