Our program follows a two-week session model. Please note that we are not able to offer one-week enrollments or modified session schedules. In order to attend any portion of a session, your camper must be enrolled for the full session. We recognize some schools are still in session through the start of session 1. Please reach out to us about enrolling for week 2.

Pre-K: Campers in our Pre-K group should turn 3 by Jan 1 and be starting Pre-K in Fall 2026.

Additional Information:

  • A $150 non-refundable registration fee will be processed for each child enrolled.
  • Deposit to register is $200 per session – Deposit can easily be transferred to another session should your Sessions change.
  • Sibling discount: 5% off total tuition starting with the 2nd child
  • Bus transportation in Brooklyn and Lower Manhattan is an additional $300 per session ($150 per week)
  • Tuition includes: 2 camp t-shirts, camp backpack, ONE daily Kosher snack, Pizza Lunch on Friday

Credit Card Policy:

As you are aware, Sprout Brooklyn is a non-profit organization. We strive each season to provide an excellent camp program with the highest standards. The tuition at Sprout Brooklyn increases slightly due to operation costs and yearly improvements and upgrades to our program. One of the highest costs we incur is credit card processing.

In order to be able to continue to develop our excellent programming, we are forced, like many other non-profits and academic institutions, to update our payment policy. Families that choose to pay by credit card will incur a 3% processing fee.

If you would like to avoid this charge, you can choose eCheck as your payment method.  Our new payment method, eCheck, will allow tuition to be deducted directly from either your checking or savings account.

Cancellation Policy:

A full refund of the deposit and any tuition paid, less the $150 registration fee per child, is available for cancellations received by April 15th. After April 15th, a tiered policy will be in place as follows:
  • Cancellations from April 16th through May 1st will receive a refund of any tuition paid, less the deposit and registration fee.
  • Cancellations from May 2nd through May 31st, will receive a 50% refund of all monies paid towards deposits and tuition, less the registration fee.
  • There will be absolutely no refunds for cancellations in the month of June (and through the summer), and cancellations will forfeit 100% of tuition paid, including the registration fee and deposit.
