  • $400 deposit per session (refundable through May 1st) 
  • 10% sibling discount per session, starting with the 2nd camper

TRANSPORTATION:

Sprout Westchester provides safe, reliable satellite bus transportation throughout most of Westchester and Riverdale. 

  • Bus stops are 2–15 minutes from your home 
  • Air-conditioned buses with seat belts 
  • Each bus staffed by a counselor to ensure comfort & fun 
  • Morning pick-ups: 8:05am–8:50am 
  • Afternoon drop-offs: 4:10pm–5:00pm 
  • Parents receive ride updates & have direct contact with Bus Captains 

CREDIT CARD POLICY:

As a non-profit, we keep tuition as affordable as possible while maintaining excellent programming. Due to high processing costs, a 3% credit card fee will be applied to families who pay by credit card. 

To avoid this fee, you may pay via eCheck, which deducts tuition directly from your checking or savings account. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

A full refund of the deposit and any tuition paid, less the $150 registration fee per child, is available for cancellations received by April 15th. After April 15th, a tiered policy will be in place as follows:
  • By April 15 – Full refund of deposit & tuition, less $150 registration fee 
  • April 16 – May 1 – Refund of tuition only (deposit & registration fee non-refundable) 
  • May 2 – May 31 – 50% refund of deposit & tuition, less registration fee 
  • June 1 & later – No refunds; all tuition, deposit & registration fee forfeited
